- In the new window, select troubleshoot and go to the advanced options from there. Then click on startup settings and then click on restart.
- Now after starting the PC, you will arrive in the startup settings UI. Click on F5 to enable the safe mode with networking.
- Now go to the file manager and open the drive that is stuck while repairing. Left-click on the drive and select properties. Then go to tools from the check option.
After doing so, the CHKDSK command will start again and this time it shouldn’t be stuck at 11%.
# Defragment the Drives
